The Information We Collect

You provide specific personal information during the purchase of goods from our site. Your private information including: your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and payment information is used solely to process your order. If you participate in any surveys on our site, the responses you provide will be used collectively along with other survey respondents for the purpose of analysis only. How We Use the Information

From time to time we may also send you additional information about our products in special promotional mailings. If you wish to receive these special mailings please make sure to check the box that says "Check here if you would like to receive promotional mailings." If you wish to be removed from our mailing list at any time please contact our Customer Service Department. The non-personal information gathered may be used to improve the design and content of our site and in the aggregate to analyze site usage. We may disclose personal information in response to legal process (e.g. in response to a court order or subpoena). We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency's requests. And finally we may disclose personal information in response to a charge-back inquiry from our merchant bank about your payment for goods and/or services. We will not sell or transfer personally identifiable information provided to us to parties outside of our company except as described above.

Collection of Information by Third Party Sites

Our site may contain links to other sites whose information practices may be different than ours. Visitors should consult the other sites' privacy notices as we have no control over information that is submitted to, or collected by, these third parties.

What are "Cookies"?

A 'cookie' is a very tiny piece of text, occupying just a few bytes on your hard drive. Its purpose is to let us know when you visit us. 'Cookies' help us evaluate visitor's use of our site, such as what customers are viewing. This information allows us to better focus on servicing our customers.

Affiliate Programs

Patriot Challenge, Inc. has affiliations with other websites that provide a link to our site. Some sites provide a link to the Patriot Challenge website as a courtesy to their visitors to provide information about products or services that might be of interest to them. Other sites provide a link to the Patriot Challenge website and receive compensation for referring visitors to our site when the visitor makes a purchase in our online store. Most referring sites inform their visitors of affiliate relationships but some do not. We approve all (paid and unpaid) affiliates prior to them establishing links to our site. We do not routinely disclose affiliate relationships when products are purchased from the online store.
