Our representatives are available to answer your phone calls during normal business hours. Please have your order confirmation number ready to assist us in serving you.

 

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax for orders shipped to California only. The sales tax will automatically be added to the order total.

 

Processing an Order

Your order of in-stock merchandise will be shipped by ground services within 3-5 business days. If you select expedited shipping services such as, overnight, or two-day air your order will go out on the day after your order is received. If your order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

Upon completing your order you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation includes an order confirmation number. Please save your order confirmation number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Service Representative.

Shipping and Handling Rates

During the checkout process you will be asked to select a shipping method. The rates shown are for items shipped in the continental United States . Additional charges will be billed for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii . International shipments will be quoted individually.

 

How to Change Your Order

If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by emailing us at the following address: orders@patriotchallenge.com.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.  

 

Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy:
Returns accepted for damaged product only.

If you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department immediately so we can remedy the problem to your satisfaction. All returns should be shipped to the return address below. Shipping charges will be reimbursed to the customer upon product return. No COD returns will be accepted.
